Sun. 5 June 2016 - 2 PM Scottish Music Concert and Dinner with DEC Connection friends at the Wayside Inn
The Strathspey & Reel Society had the honor of helping the Longfellow's Wayside Inn, Sudbury, MA, celebrate their 300th Anniversary by presenting a concert in the big tent on the grounds of the Inn at 72 Wayside Inn Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776.  We enjoyed a Cocktail Hour and Dinner together in the tent after the music.   DEC Connection's Marilyn Goodrich was one of the performers in the group (seated at piano, 2nd row left, and singing, center).

Nancy Kilty's report:  
The Scottish Music and singer were excellent. The attendees, about 125 people, really enjoyed the event. Marilyn was one of the players and sang with the singer for one song. According to the conductor, the event being at the Wayside Inn was due to her efforts. So Kudos to Marilyn.

Besides Marilyn and her son, Jack and Leslie Mileski, and Karen and myself, we had Susan Sparks, Jim Ellis, Margie Goldstein, Andy Goldstein, Joan Shanley and Mary Dragon, Larry and Nicolette Wellington, Sue Yarger, and J.B. Stevens attend both event and dinner, and Tavo, Lisa, Franco and Barbara Diaz attending just the concert.
