How To:  here is a template if you want to start a DECconnection chapter near you.

1.  Contact Webmaster@decconnection.org

2.  Webmaster will design online survey and send link to mailing list.

3.  Webmaster will provide email addresses of members within geography of interest.

4.  Assemble Chapter team.

5.  We will provide press release templates, provide advice, put up event ticketing page if needed.

6.  Plan your first event and we'll promote it.
